ParkerIntensely aromatic on the nose, with tea, rye bread and caramelly fruit aromas, the 2018 To—a blend of 80% Chardonnay with 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Welschriesling—opens with a slightly matured bouquet, but it comes across as a fresh and vital white that is still nervy due to Welschriesling's acidity. It should become calmer and more balanced over the next few months in the bottle. Tasted in June 2020.
