Blending 55% Pinot Blanc with 45% Pinot Noir, both fermented in small oak barrels, the 2009 Brut Nature Cuvée Mo offers a ripe and intense, very elegant and charming but fresh and expressive bouquet with intense and buttery fruit aromas intermixed with porcini, white nougat and some caramel notes. Full-bodied and rich but also fine and elegant on the pure and refreshing palate, this is a very complex and sustainably structured sparkling wine with a long and stimulatingly fresh and mineral finish. Fabulous. This bottle is from the first charge that was disgorged after 96 months in October 2018. Tasted at the domain in July 2019.
