   Bright cherry red. Savoury nose followed by rather sweeter-than-suggested fruit. Attractive nuance and ferny notes in a suitably transparent structure. Appetising dry, chalky finish. Fairly light.

   Grown in Moutere clay gravels soils utilising a natural fermentation process, matured in oak for 18 months before being bottled un-fined and unfiltered - presents a wine with aromas of raspberry and tart cherry, ripe cranberry and a touch of whole berry lifted fruit scents. Floral too with a sweet rose then aromas of wood spices and a touch of smoke. Tense on the palate with firm chalky tannin texture, youthful too with plenty of acidity. A lovely example ready for cellaring till 2022 with best drinking from then and through 2028. Enjoy today as well with food.

   Ripe blueberry and attractive red cherry, stony. Toasty, sweet oak with baking spice: vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fresh acidity.
