   The second vintage of their high-end rosé, the 2019 La Peña comes through as more floral and with less oak, as they used mostly the same barrels that were new in the first vintage—and this time only 30% of the wood was new. The wine is pale and aromatic, complex and elegant, with aromas and flavors of rose petals and a dry and chalky sensation on the palate. It's powerful and ripe but with balancing acidity. 1,038 bottles and 90 magnums were filled in June 2020 after six months in barrel with the lees.
