   The 2017 Savigny-l�s-Beaune 1er Cru Les Lavi�res exhibits aromas of juicy cherries, rose petal, currant leaf, rich soil and warm spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and succulent palate, with melting tannins, juicy fruit and a sapid finish. The domaine�s old vines in this superbly situated premier cru have put in a very strong showing this year, and like the Savigny AOC, this was already in bottle when I tasted it
