Bodegas Morca is located in the village of Borja, in the province of Zaragoza. Grapes of Garnacha from small plots with low yields are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation process. The wine spends 22 months of maturing and then every barrel is tasted and after a very strict selection we obtain a limited production of this exclusive wine. Aging 22 months in French oak barrels.

Dark, bright-rimmed purple. Expressive, spice- andsmoke-accented aromas of ripe dark fruits, potpourri,vanilla and licorice; a zesty white pepper note emergesas the wine opens up. Sweet, expansive and plush on thepalate, o??ering intense, mineral-laced blackberry, cherry-vanilla and violet pastille ??avors and repeatingsmokiness. Stains the palate and shows impressivepower and spicy lift on the long, broad ??nish, whereslowly building tannins add shape and grip.

very ripe Garnacha, spirity and heady with notes of fruit in liqueur and Mediterranean herbs and lots of balsamic and toasty aromas, smoked meat, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, cold bonfire and fried corn. It has tremendous concentration, pungent flavors, fiery alcohol and tannins, in need of some bottle age and/or very powerful food.
